These past couple of weeks have been busy.  We switched over to the new MLS data feed (RETS) that replaced the old FTP Feed.  This new data vehicle provides much more dependable  real estate data feed to our website and, hence, to this email.  Additionally, you'll see in this weeks email two more pieces of aggregate information; 1) the total number of active For Sale properties in a given city and 2) the proportion of distressed sale properties in the total for sale universe.  Seeing this new info week after week will give you another indicator as to how our market is doing considering the pressures of the distressed market.
